Brad first discovered Tapping at a self development workshop where he completed a few minutes of tapping to overcome his urge to eat chocolate, he was so blown away by the results as he could not eat chocolate for 2 years afterwards!
That started his journey of teaching tapping alongside hypnosis which lead him to sharing his work with the world, sharing more than 1000 practical, transformative videos on youtube.
Within this episode we cover the neuroscience behind tapping to release limiting beliefs, why energy hygiene is just as important as physical hygiene and how to seriously up-level your manifesting powers through tapping. Brad helps you realise it truly is possible to create the life you desire, all you need to do is tune into your power within and reprogram your mind to support your dreams.
